I would like to take a moment to recognize and express my appreciation with the building of my Guildcrest Trailhead cottage over the last year by the wonderful staff at Elliott Sage. I quickly developed a sense of trust with Heidi that made the building completely stress free.
When you consider the full development of the property from water to septic to hydro service and the actual building, the five month time frame for completion was very impressive. Since completion the follow up and attention to customer satisfaction has been equally impressive.

We recently took possession of our new home in Picton and we would like to let you know how pleased we are not only with the finished house but also with the whole project from start to finish. From our rather vague ideas and sketches you have worked very hard to produce a home that is exactly what we were looking for. Elliott Sage’s (Guildcrest) project manager; Heidi Kriens,, made everything very easy for us. All your ideas for changes, improvements and upgrades are very evident in the home. You, Elliott, Sage and Guildcrest can be very proud of the end result. Deborah and I wanted to thank you and your whole team at Elliot Sage for providing us with an excellent home. It was always a pleasure to discuss design with you; your thoughts on what might work better were always clear, straightforward, and fitted our needs. Not every contractor we have used has been so accommodating and flexible. Jeff, Adam, and Jason, whom I saw most often, tolerated my hanging around with good humour and kept me informed about the whole process. Their work was excellent.
We remain very happy with the Guildcrest product and found it fairly easy to fit the existing designs to our needs. It is a sound, well constructed structure and we were impressed with the effort and time you spent refining both the interior and the exterior.
Budgeting was clear, transparent, and accurate—no surprises. Thank you, and please convey our thanks to all of the crew for their effort.

Elliott Sage as represented by Heidi Kriens, Jeff Plane and the construction crew fulfilled that contractual agreement to the letter. In fact they surpassed what was necessary to add details to the house that my husband would have included if he was able.
However the thing that could not be contractually agreed to and the aspect that was most valuable to us was the degree of personal attention and care that each member of the team exhibited towards our home and to us.
Even after we had taken occupancy of our home one of the team was dispatched to help with some of the items that fell into the realm of our responsibility but we were unable to complete (due to the strenuous nature of the tasks). This was after all financial dealings were settled – so in essence Elliott Sage absorbed the expense.
This is a company who delivers a quality product expeditiously and takes customer satisfaction seriously.
