Press & Awards

Elliott Sage Design & Construction has been a part of the Picton community for many years. It has grown to become an industry leader in custom built homes. We believe a big part of our success is due to our clients, our neighbours and the community we live in.

As the company has grown we have always tried to give back to our community through various initiatives. We take pride in the sponsorship of great cultural programs such as the annual County Jazz Festival, the County Summer Theatre and the Prince Edward County Marathon. We have also initiated an annual Elliott Sage Charity Golf Tournament which has raised much needed funds for the local hospital.

We also feel strongly about investing in our youth and mentoring young people through programs such as ‘Trading Up’. This is a Skills and Trades program at Prince Edward County Collegiate. We work with 10 to 20 graduating youth, on site, and in the classroom teaching the skills involved in the construction and building of a home.

We are proud members of the local Chamber of Commerce, Prince Edward County Home Builder’s Association, Tarion Home Warranty Program and participants of the ENERGY STAR program.
