From one storey, two storey, or in our line of recreational style homes, all of them offer architecturally distinctive designs unique to Guildcrest. There’s also a wide selection of standard and optional fixtures and finishes for the interior and exterior of your home which allow you to personalize every detail. Guildcrest is one of the largest modular housing producers in Canada. All Guildcrest Homes are built indoors at the head offices in Morewood, Ontario (just outside of Ottawa). Building inside provides worker comfort, superior quality control and building materials are protected from the elements, particularly in our northern climate. It also allows maximum use of the materials and better waste management practices.

 Elliott Sage Design & Construction and Guildcrest Homes are proud to be ENERGY STAR for New Homes Participants. If you chose one of our modular homes you can be assured that while your home is being built and upon its completion, an independent energy advisor will inspect your home. Once it has met the ENERGY STAR for New Homes specifications your home will be ENERGY STAR qualified. With approximately 30 percent more energy efficiency than standard built homes clients can only benefit in comfort and savings. Guildcrest has always incorporated energy efficient specifications into the homes we’ve built. We are proud to be a leader in our industry and be a part of the ENERGY STAR for New Homes initiative. We are always striving to further our environmentally friendly efforts to give our clients the best we can offer!
