Elliott Sage Design & Construction intends to bring the last remaining Picton hotel back to its magnificent splendour. Built in the 1880's, this grand historic hotel with more than 30 rooms offered luxurious accommodation and first rate service which quickly established it as one of the leading hotels in Prince Edward County. Elliott Sage will transform the first three floors to a refined boutique hotel while added condominium spaces will reflect their owners own refined lifestyles.
