In the last 10 years Elliott Sage Design & Construction has become recognized for the beautiful unique custom homes we build. Each home is designed with sensitivity to our heritage and community. Our homes incorporate and meld with the landscape and the uniqueness of the area. Our homes are created with quality in mind. Beginning with the design stage through to the expert workmanship, the design/build team takes advantage of the vistas, the southern exposures and incorporates our client’s preferences and needs.

Energy efficiency has become an important focus for us as we move towards embracing more environmental friendly initiatives into our business and our future. We are proud to be an ENERGY STAR New Homes Participant and to continue with the Tarion New Home Warranty Program. Below is a sample of our new custom homes.
